Immunity Slice Recipe

This slice has been inspired by our Brain Snacks Immunity Ball using organic cranberries, almond meal and desiccated coconut. We love the tangy taste of cranberries not to mention that they top the list as far as health benefits go. One of the original superfoods, cranberries are high in nutrients and antioxidants effective in building immunity and combating free radicals.


1 cup of walnuts

½ cup of almond meal

½ cup of dates  

½ cup of organic cranberries

2 tbsp of desiccated coconut

1 tbsp of coconut oil

How to make your Immunity Slice

  1. Pulse the walnuts into flour in your food processor.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 20cm square baking tray and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour until the mixture sets.
  4. Cut into 5cm square slices and serve with morning tea to your favourite colleagues.
